I had a bad day.  I want to divorce my mother.  Seriously.  Still trying to decide what is TMI for this blog so for now I will let it go at that. 

So...I was looking for some packaging ideas for my jewelry and found the following...

Since I have been obsessed with The Office lately, I suggested to a few coworkers that we play some pranks to liven it up a bit.  Well wouldn't you know...my red Office Space stapler is missing....

I volunteered at Charleston Animal Society's Paws in the Park this past weekend.  This event is one of my favorites for many reasons.  Among them would be I adopted sweet Maddie Moo at this event 2 years ago.

It was a great turnout and it was so much fun!

I know I am little behind at reading this and think it's going to be a tough one to get through.  For some reason old people make me cry.  And animals.  Hmmm...

Woohoo...almost Friday!

About to throw a full on temper tantrum...yes at the age of 31.

I just developed some film and what I was looking forward to seeing was...

a - the pumpkin patch from two weekends ago

b - reid and rivers decorating the pumpkin last night

c - maddie moo dressed up in her squirrel halloween costume

What I got was the pumpkin patch.  That's it.  What happened?

Film may not be for me.  Not sure I have the patience for this.

cold feet

When I moved this summer I had to take my fall/winter clothes and store them in Columbia.  No storage space stinks!  Anyway - it got cold and I have nothing but flip flops to wear.  Although it's not that odd to see flip flops being worn year round in Charleston...my feet have been freezing!

I am very excited about wearing boots but I have to tell you that it's rough at the beginning.  I wear flip flops every day of my life.  Even to work.  So it feels SO claustrophobic when I have to start wearing shoes.

I know that I abandoned you a while back b/c of wild thoughts of "saving money" and I am sorry for that.

I am so far behind on all of my shows that I just feel overwhelmed.

I have NO idea what has happened on One Tree Hill.  Is Brooke still dating that hot guy?  What about 90210?  What about Brothers and Sisters?  And that new vampire show?  Can't even imagine what all I have missed on Grey's Anatomy.  Thank goodness ER is over with.

If you could open this pink door right now - what would you want to see on the other side?

The weather in Charleston is just the pits today.  No other way to describe it.  It's raining cats and dogs.  And for some reason people CANNOT drive in the rain.  So forget about getting out and about b/c traffic is horrible.  And work is not the place to be stuck right now.  Bad attitudes and morale all around.  I've just about had it and I tell ya - I wish I could open this pretty pink door right now to...

- a new job

- a pile of money

 - a haircut and massage

- a candy apple

- a room of all my best friends with drinks in hand

- a shopping spree

- a ticket to London to visit Sandy

- a family with no issues

- a good dinner with Jenny and her boys

- a checked off to-do list

making a list - checking it twice

I used to be a list person.  I am a little thankful that I no longer have to make lists for everything b/c it means my OCD has faded a tad bit (ha!) but at the same time, I don't seem to get as much done without them.  Go figure. 

I have bought the following journals, dayplanners, etc over the years and not used one of them.

Tonight was list night.  I have been making my lists and watching The Office Season 1.  It's pretty hard to concentrate on anything while watching this show.  Insanely inappropriate.  Love it!

new makeup

Isn't it always my luck that I run out of all my makeup at the same time?  Well...took a quick trip to the MAC counter over the weekend and am really happy with my new purchases.

The powder is a foundation powder which made me a little nervous but I love it!
I of course I have always loved their eyeshadow but decided against spending a million dollars on makeup.  But just so you know - one of my favorite colors is Amber Lights...
