The class was horrible. A good horrible. It was boot camp on steroids. I don't know how anyone in that gymnasium is not 90 lbs or under. Holy crap! And I am not sure how I am going to make it up and down the stairs to my bedroom later. I might be stuck.

I love salads but I love them loaded up with yummy goodies. I made this for dinner tonight and it has...
spring mix lettuce, chicken, red and yellow sweet peppers, apples, pecans, raisins and it was then topped off with blue cheese dressing. Notice I took a picture before I added the dressing. I like my salad on the side of my dressing. :)

Let me just tell you that the weather today screams beer and football...NOT hip hop class. Boo!

wish a girl luck today

First - I am getting my hair cut today. It's been since October of last year since it's been cut. Seriously. So, I am getting lots of layers and even bangs. Something like this maybe...

Don't worry, my hair is curly. :)

Also - I am taking a Hip Hop class with my friend Jenny tonight. She just loves it and swears I will too. Let me just tell you that it's an hour and 45 minutes long. And I usually don't shake my butt til I am 10 drinks in and at Trio Club. Should be interesting.

it's rubbish i tell ya!

Okay - I know some of you out there are younger than me but please tell me that you have seen or at least heard of the 80s movie Girls Just Want to Have Fun. Please. This was on the other night and I have only found one person that remembers this movie. I however found one person who knew what Tune in Tokyo was although he's never seen the movie. At least there's that.



I honestly thought I was going to wet myself when Tune in Tokyo started and then they skipped it. What?! As soon as she put her hands on her head, moving back and forth and saying beep....it cut to the next scene. Again...rubbish!

it's fall ya'll

First of all let me tell you that I actually despise that saying! :)

Fall is my favorite season by far. I love everything about it. The smells, the weather, the flowers and leaves, the football and I usually get to spend lots of time with my family.

missing a trachea

It's just insane what we do for our pets. I broke down this past week and bought my dog a pig's ear. Seriously. She got all the way through her bath at Petco (without pooping b/c of being so nervous) so I bought her a treat. A pig's ear is a serious treat b/c that is just foul. And yes, the last time I paid someone to bathe her they called me to come back and get her b/c she pooped everywhere. Gross I know, but how said is it that she gets that nervous? And Morgan wants me to submit our adoption story to CAS as a success story - ha! She devoured the pig's ear in minutes so I bought her a new treat last night - a freaking Bull Trachea or "Moo Tube."
