I have been living off the coffee in the waiting room near my dad's hospital room.
Every time I pick up a coffee stirrer, I wonder how many hands have touched mine.
I am not normally a germaphobe but for some reason this really gets me.
Does this gross you out?
Dad is being moved to a nursing home back in Columbia this morning. So...I hated last night. Despised it really. I am so used to being able to see him whenever I feel like it (every day) and I don't want him to leave. Especially since we still don't know what is wrong with him. We are sending his records to Mayo Clinic and Duke has already looked at them. He is still a medical mystery. Well, his "mysterious illness" can suck it.
That is crazy they still can't figure it out. I am so sorry- I cannot imagine how draining all of this is for your family. And yes, I don't drink coffee but those stirrers always freak me out.
